Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum and no threshold. The price on the product page is the price you pay — nothing gets added at the last step.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 7–8 business days. That covers both stages: 1–3 business days to print your piece, then delivery from the facility closest to you. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and you’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. Full detail on the Shipping Policy page.
Where do you ship from?
From the production facility closest to you. We print through a network across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia rather than shipping everything from one warehouse, which means a shorter journey and, in most countries, no customs at all.
What is each piece printed on?
It depends on the series — and that’s deliberate. We don’t print everything the same way, because not every body of work is served by the same surface.
Canvas is chosen for work that was conceived as painting. The weave holds the brushwork the way a flat sheet can’t: light catches the surface unevenly, the way it does on a real canvas, and the image stops reading as a reproduction and starts reading as an object. It arrives stretched over an FSC-certified solid wood frame, ready to hang, with no glass between you and the work.
Matte paper is chosen for work that lives on colour and edge rather than texture. At 200 gsm it has real weight in the hand, an uncoated finish, and no glare from any angle — so it holds detail in a room with windows, and takes a frame of your own choosing beautifully.
Both are printed to order, one piece at a time, at the facility closest to you, and checked before they’re packed.

Does it come framed?
Canvas pieces arrive already stretched on a solid wood frame and ready to hang — nothing else needed, and no glass in the way. They ship stretched, in a box with reinforced edges.
Paper pieces ship unframed, rolled in a protective tube. We’d rather you choose a frame that suits your wall than send you one that doesn’t — and a standard square frame is easy to find in every size we print.
What size should I order?
Most people choose one size smaller than the room actually needs. Before you decide, cut a sheet of paper to size and hold it against the wall — two minutes now beats a refund later.
Sizes vary slightly by material. Canvas comes in 30×30, 50×50 and 60×60 cm. Paper comes in 30×30, 50×50 and 70×70 cm. As a rough guide: 30×30 suits a shelf, a desk or a narrow wall; 50×50 sits well above a nightstand or a console; and 60×60 or larger is the piece that anchors a room.
If you’re unsure, write to us before ordering — we’d rather answer a question than process a refund.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a drawing tool. Every series begins with a written concept and a fixed visual grammar, and every piece is chosen, edited and print-prepared by hand. Most of what gets made never ships. Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund, for any reason, and you keep the piece — we don’t ask for it back. A print made individually for you can’t be resold to anyone else, so shipping it around the world twice helps nobody.
And if something is wrong on our side — damaged in transit, misprinted, or not what you ordered — just send a photo within 30 days and we’ll reprint and reship at our cost. Full detail on the Refund Policy page.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Same thing: write to us within 30 days, we refund you, you keep the piece, and you order the size you actually wanted. There’s no exchange process because there’s nothing to send back.
Will a series be reprinted?
A series stays available while it’s in the catalogue, but once it closes it closes — no new pieces get added to it later. If a piece is retiring, it will say so on the product page.
