Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund, for any reason.

You keep the piece. Every item is printed to order for you, one at a time, so we don’t ask for it back — a print made individually for you can’t be resold to anyone else, and shipping it around the world twice helps nobody. There is nothing to send back, no return label, and no restocking fee.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@inkandhalo.art within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, contact us and we will chase it.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship at our cost. Nothing needs to be returned. If a reprint isn’t what you want, we refund you in full instead.

Orders that never arrive
If your tracking stops updating, or the parcel is marked delivered but isn’t there, contact us. If it hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the delivery estimate, we treat it as lost and reprint and reship at our cost.

Wrong size, or you’d rather have a different piece
The same terms apply: contact us within 30 days, we refund you, you keep the piece, and you order the size or the work you actually wanted. There is no exchange process because there is nothing to send back.

Parcels that can’t be delivered
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody could receive it, or import duties went unpaid, we will reship it and you will only be asked to cover the cost of reshipping. If you would rather not have it reshipped, we refund the price of the piece.

Cancelling before it ships
Production starts quickly, so we can usually only cancel or change an order — address included — within a few hours of it being placed. Contact us as soon as you can. Once the piece is in production, the 30-day policy above applies.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Our 30-day policy above is longer and applies to you as well — whichever gives you more time is the one that counts.

Gift cards
Gift cards are not refundable.
